The first way to organize shelves is by, small drawer units. They are small enough to fit on the shelve, even in book shelves. They are perfect for pens, post it or anything else that is small that can lost easily.
The next way to organize shelves is, if you have books. Is by placing them shorter to taller. That is if you have different types of books. But if you have a couple different types of series, then place the series together in order.
The last way to organize shelves is by, placing the bigger objects in back and the smaller objects in front. By placing them, like this everybody will be able to see what is on the shelve easier. Also, space objects apart for the shelf doesn’t look crowded. If the items can be stacked then stack them from bigger to smaller. This way all the items will be able to fit depending on the size and how high you are able to stack them and still be able to get them out, easily.
Having the shelves organized, it will be make everything easier. Especially, if you use the items on a daily base because then you do not have take the time to look for what you need or want. All you would have do is, go to the shelf and grab the item you are looking for.
